Return & Refund Policy

1. Return of Goods

Due to shipping from Nepal to abroad, its it not feasible to take goods in normal condition. But, we will make sure that we ship the correct goods in right order. In case customer received goods in damaged condtion or not the one they order, customer should inform us immediately so that we do take necessary action to replace or refund for it. 

2. In case goods return is necessary we will ask customer to return to nearest place within their country that we provide shipping address.  Once we ask to return goods then we will either replace with such correct goods or we will refund. 

3. We do not take return in normal condition
